Withdrawal and Returns Policy

Exercising your right of withdrawal

For an online order, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the last item to notify us that you wish to withdraw. You do not have to give a reason.

Send us a clear statement by email to contact@unelouvedanslesbois.com, stating your order number and the items concerned. You may also use the model withdrawal form included in the terms and conditions of sale. A cancellation request through your account may be used while the order is not yet being prepared; it does not replace the withdrawal notice after dispatch.

After notifying us of your decision, you have 14 days to send the items back. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide the return instructions and address. You may still notify us by email if the order is not shown in your account.

Condition of items and return costs

Return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Please protect them during transport. You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the items.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items, unless we have agreed to pay it or failed to inform you of this before the order. Keep proof of shipment until the return has been processed.

Refund

We refund the amounts due for the returned items and the initial delivery charge for the least expensive standard delivery method offered. Any extra charge for express delivery or another more expensive option is not refunded.

The refund is made no later than 14 days after the date on which we were informed of your decision. We may defer it until we have received the items or proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.

Products covered and exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, loss of the right requires your express prior consent to begin performance and your acknowledgement that the right will be lost; downloading alone is not sufficient to exclude the right.

The terms and conditions of sale also list wound yarn products among the exclusions. This exclusion applies only when the statutory conditions for an exception are met for the specific item. Sale or discounted items are not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because of their reduced price.

These rules concern withdrawal because you have changed your mind and do not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not conform to your order.
