Payment by Bank Card
Payment on the website is by bank card only. We use a 3D SECURE payment system via the E-transactions module (new tab), a module provided and managed by Crédit Agricole bank. The payment page is fully secure (look for the small green padlock in your browser window), and your bank card numbers are not stored.
SSL Encryption for Greater Security
The website www.unelouvedanslesbois.com uses secure encryption through an SSL certificate: the URL does not begin with http:// but with https://, with the additional “s” standing for secure. Prices and Delivery
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable on the date of the order (any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the items). They do not include shipping costs, which are added when you confirm your shopping basket.
Delivery within mainland France. Once your payment has been received, parcels are dispatched as quickly as possible, within 3 to 10 working days for available products (during busy periods, such as the end of the year, this may be extended by 5 working days), and within 3 to 5 weeks for pre-orders.
Delivery within mainland France is provided by tracked Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €7.99 for postal delivery and €5 for Mondial Relay. Shipping is free on purchases of €130 or more, including VAT, for delivery within mainland France.
Delivery charges include packaging, handling and postage.
Returns and Exchanges
Upon receipt of your parcel, you have 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return at your own expense the relevant items undamaged, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty. Returned items must be carefully packed in packaging that ensures safe transport and protects the product.
“Une Louve Dans Les Bois” will refund the full amount paid for the purchase (less the original shipping costs), as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receipt of the products you have returned.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned: PDF items, items customised to the customer’s specifications, and yarn that has been wound into balls.

We are always happy to work with designers and local yarn shops (LYS) on custom colours.
